Consequences will follow the Student Handbook. If a student cannot follow these rules while in class the following measures will be taken:
First Offense: Verbal warning
Second Offense: Verbal warning, student may be moved in class, or receive lunch detention
Third Offense: Verbal warning, after school detention, and a phone call home
All offenses starting after the third offense will be logged into the Responsibility Log. Depending on the severity of the offense, in extreme cases, students may be sent to the Office or BASE with work to complete, an automatic entry in the Responsibility Log, Thursday School, and/or a phone call home.
Students are expected to arrive to class on time for attendance and to maximize class time. If a student arrives late to class without a pass from a teacher or from the office, the student will be marked tardy. Students will be made aware they are tardy for the first two offenses. A third tardy will result in an After School Detention. Additional tardies will follow the student handbook protocol.
